Why Arcline
Learn the way it is done on site
Site experience
Technical direction comes from the field: 12 years on site as a stainless and carbon steel pipe welder, then team leader and site manager. We teach the craft, and what a site expects from a welder and a pipefitter.
One booth per trainee
Every trainee welds in their own booth, on a coupon positioner, from the first bead to the most difficult positions.
Professional equipment
AC/DC TIG machines with HF arc start, MIG/MAG with push-pull for aluminium, a tube cutting machine and a bevelling machine.
Every piece assessed
Each piece is checked against an assessment grid and recorded in the trainee's individual logbook. Nobody moves on without first passing the safety check.
